🎯 Executive Summary
We've implemented an automated workflow that allows the Client Care team to unsubscribe users from the MailerLite marketing mailing list directly from Intercom. This is a reusable Intercom workflow that can be triggered using an intercom conversation, eliminating the need to manually navigate to the MailerLite dashboard. The system looks up the subscriber by email, and updates their status to unsubscribed via the MailerLite API.

One-Click Unsubscribe from Intercom
Support agents can now unsubscribe a client from the MailerLite marketing list without leaving Intercom:
📬 Intercom Reusable Workflow — Trigger the unsubscribe directly from an Intercom conversation
🔍 Email-Based Lookup — Automatically fetches the subscriber from MailerLite using the client's email
✅ Status Update — Sets the subscriber's MailerLite status to

🔧 How It Works
Trigger Method
The unsubscribe is triggered via an Intercom Reusable Workflow:
CCT member opens a client conversation in Intercom
CCT triggers the "Unsubscribe User from Mailerlite" reusable workflow
Intercom sends the client's email to the API and unsubscribe the user from Mailerlite marketing list
A success/failure response is returned to Intercom
